Microsofters Were Scheming to Take Over This Entire Web Site (in Their Own Words!)

Last year: A 3-Year Campaign to Coerce/Intimidate Us Into Censorship: Targeting Several Webhosts (in Collaboration and Conjunction With Mentally-Ill Flunkies)

This morning we reposted an article by Daniel Pocock. Several of his Web sites got hijacked under the guise of "trademarks" (truly ludicrous!) by the same entities that he legitimately criticised in those sites. From what he has just shown, they spent well over $100,000 trying to accomplish this.

Surreal.

Tracing back this money to its original source (sponsors), one will find a lot of GAFAM, including Microsoft. Money gets spent censoring/deplatforming people who speak about real issues; no money gets spent actually tackling those underlying issues, as they might result in criminal liability and bad press. This censorious mindset goes against the fundamentals of Free software, but some people have plenty to hide.

Many people may not remember this or never saw this, but my wife covered it two years ago and this is the relevant part:

Nice shot in one's own foot! What would the Master say? (Not Chessmaster but judge in the British High Court)

An arrow was added to show the person who committed crimes against my wife and I - crimes which were reported to the police and several cases accordingly opened.

Notice how the Microsofter, a spectacular bigot who now works with a serial strangler from Microsoft (i.e. Microsoft salaries on the lap of a broke law firm serving two Americans against Brits), schemed to take over our Web sites. It would never work, both for legal and for technical reasons. Of course it would not work, but this man also thinks court cases are "funny" and instead of disclosing documents for trial to us (we sued him [1, 2], so he must defend himself) he is sending them to Microsoft and then asks us to get them from Microsoft. There's an ongoing (and progressing) investigation into their actions. There are over 3 law firms watching what they're doing, as they're concerned that this entire occupation (or its reputation) is tarnished by these despicable actions of SLAPP or abusive litigation. As we said yesterday, "UK High Court Masters Are Not Your Jesters, Microsoft".

Of course this will backfire on them. It already is. They only create more future scandals for themselves each time they make a move. This includes extortion. No wonder the seemingly misogynistic lawyer working for the serial strangler from Microsoft [1, 2] (who also tells women he dated to kill themselves) and his friends from the US (and GNOME) is leaving. If his licence gets revoked, then his career will be over and he knows it. For Mr. Wilson, his boss, this slappification can result in self-inflicted bankruptcy. Becoming even more aggressive towards my wife and I won't help them; that merely serves to reinforce our point (while other law firms shake their heads in disapproval). As my wife likes to put it, if you start by doing very evil things, this cannot possibly end well. Attacking the messenger merely results in even more transparency. First, there's an imperative or moral duty to protect victims. Second, we need to prevent future SLAPPs of the same kind (against people other than us). As Lords are aware, UK dockets don't exist to act as a weapon for Americans against UK citizens, more so Americans who strangle American women while bagging salaries from an American company, Microsoft (whilst they hide in their dad's home or a cabin in some forest).

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years
