Nat Friedman Had Left Microsoft GitHub Exactly One Week Before Matthew Garrett Sent His First SLAPP (Which Was an Empty Threat, He Was Abusing the Legal System of Another Continent to Terrorise Critics Who Had Just Unearthed Major Microsoft Scandals)

And it was likely talked about by his lawyers around the exact same time Nat Friedman was packing up

Something is extremely rotten in GNOME, which harbours stranglers of women, Microsoft staff, and other forms of extremists who are happy to misuse dockets to silence people who merely talk about such problems. It's not that "inclusive" project they try to lecture us about this month. We wrote about it before.

GNOME, Microsoft, and GitHub: The Lack of Reporting on Abusive Colleagues Contributed to Profound Media Vacuum (or Blackout), Now Resorting to SLAPPs

GNOME also extorts people. From alexgraveley dot com: (he changes names whenever that suits him, as the other one gets associated with bad things he did)

In 2024 this blogger was sued for defamation by another former Microsoft researcher for publishing the same sorts of slanderous accusations.

Maybe go back to Alcoholics Anonymous or back to prison, sir. You were in both of them. For reasons.

You’re a narcissist, Alex, you need help. I loved you but stayed bc I felt sorry 4 u, and thought u loved me enough to change

Notice what he wrote above in his personal site. He knew what was going on. They knew what was going on. Matthew Garrett spoke about Graveley several times in our IRC network.

The first nastygram (threatening letter) from Matthew Garrett was dated Nov. 23 2021, 8 days after Nat Friedman's last day (Nov. 15). Matthew Garrett would later lie about what happened under a "Statement of Truth". Not cool. Judges can assess what actually happened and decide accordingly.

Nat Friedman's "best friend" (as confirmed by his close friend for decades) sent us SLAPPs also (not before further threats several times over the years). All of them are connected via Xamarin, Mono, and Microsoft. They worked together. They were a team. They likely still are.

This was posted by a Microsoft-funded site [1, 2] that burns sources/Microsoft whistleblowers [1, 2] only a few days before Matthew Garrett filed his lawsuit (that Graveley publicly spoke about, as shown above):

This happened pretty much on the same week we were getting heavy parcels full of claims and extortion from a person living in a forest across the Atlantic.

So which American millionaire from Microsoft [1, 2] may be funding the UK SLAPPs against me, against my wife, and the woman who Alex Graveley told to kill herself (after he had abused her a lot)?

We asked the lawyers about it once again only days ago. They once again refused to even respond to it. They don't deny it. They just outright refuse to comment on where the money comes from. There are very big lawsuits at stake here, not just ours [1, 2] but also class action for the sum of $9,000,000,000.

This is Alex Graveley with the wife of Nat Friedman:

Also revisit Microsoft GitHub Exposé — Part III — A Story of Plagiarism and Likely Securities Fraud (Nat Friedman and Alex Graveley allegedly planning to defraud Microsoft for personal gain).

A few months later (after Nat Friedman leaving) Miguel de Icaza also left Microsoft. Any comment, Mr. de Icaza?

Israel is a terrorist state.

OK. Another typical day at GNOME. Quite frankly, GNOME deserves a lot more condemnation than it gets. It defames its own people, as if they step out of line (or cult mentality), they're rendered heretics and then the lawyers move in.

At the end, one can assume, those who fund the abuse will be held fully accountable for what they did. Hiding money trails across the Atlantic causes more suspicion, which won't help. The lawyers outright refused to show evidence the litigants have the money required (when formally asked). They just typed some bizarre text instead. We'll come back to this one day.

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years
