Europe Needs to Move Away From GAFAM; The Sooner, the Better
Later this month, probably in ~1.5 weeks from now, we'll publish our 10,000th page since the Big Switch (moving away from PHP and WordPress and leaving the US, a country now governed by chronic drug addicts and a prominent person in the Jeffrey Epstein files who also sexually abused dozens of women).
Seeing the sort of thing the Jeffrey Epstein ally did after Ukraine had destroyed Russian warplanes (taking Russia's side, more or less), we're ever more convinced that Europe - not just the EU - must abandon GAFAM as soon as possible. This stuff has back doors in it and those back doors are controlled by people who view Ukraine (invaded country) as the problem.
Ignore the Liar in Chief at Microsoft offering assurances to Europe (due to rapid loss of business there). Up until now Microsoft helped Russia and profited from it. How can anybody be so blind to that?
Europe needs European software, maintained by European developers, subjected to Europe's law. So no... nothing based on IBM. IBM's CEO is on the same side as the Jeffrey Epstein ally who supports and adores Vladimir Putin. Europe needs to find something else. Building something on top of Arch Linux would probably be OK. █
