Double-Dipping the Docket for Microsoft Glory and Censorship of Microsoft Critics

To an objective observer it would be as clear as daylight; it's the same legal team (same lawyer, same barrister, all US, all Microsoft [1, 2] - one client speaking of the other as "another former Microsoft researcher") that and they're double-dipping. They're preparing and throwing irrelevant, meritless cases at me and my wife (intentionally using the wrong name as if they refuse to accept she is British, so it can be sexist, racist, or both), just like they did recently at the High Court as per a decision for the newspaper harassed by Dale Vince (vexatious, notoriously thin-skinned litigant). The judge called out this same legal team on its abuse of process, which in turn becomes harassment by process, in this case - as in the our case - sponsored by Microsoft salaries (Microsoft is even named in the reports from the arrest - the law firm has refused to deny this many times by now).
It should be noted that they did this twice in the same year to me and to my wife as they did for Dale Vince. They help advance hopeless cases completely without merit. It is also why the SRA is looking so closely at it, not just the double-dipping aspect but also the extortion.
This law firm is basically promoting harassment by Americans against Brits. That's not fair. That's also an understatement. Not surprisingly, they really could use this "business" because their finances look bad. It matters and it is relevant. What other firm would do something "funny" and help men attack women? These people lack a sense of shame. They not only interfere with the lives of people who expose corruption but also their family members. It doesn't get any worse than that. It's also why we've filed many police cases about the abuse and filed lawsuits last year [1, 2].
What we deal with here is a "boutique" law firm fighting for its life by trying to destroy the lives of other people for a quick buck (yes, US dollars), taking on cases no sane law firm would want on its lap, at the very least for fear of losing the licence to operate. █
