Flocking away from the Web?
While it is anything but trivial to assess or classify the source of Gemini Protocol traffic (not much in headers), it it easier to detect more active capsules out there*, last week we served over 1.1 million Gemini requests, and despite Google just "googlebombing" the word "Gemini" there are many who manage to find what they really look for and there's even a so-called "community" in Reddit which discusses it:
The latest comment (31 minutes ago) is about Bubble, which is sort of like Reddit but written in Gemini Protocol.
All in all, at age 6+ Gemini Protocol seems to have gained some maturity and it seems like more people use it. █
