WebProNews is a Slopfarm
WebProNews says it is "a leading publisher of business and technology email newsletters and websites." However, WebProNews is nowadays a slopfarm. We examined some of the latest articles in the front page. They all contain slop images and, based on the structure, it is evident they are just LLM slop piggybacking other people's work. Consider this feature (top) 'article' right now. It's abundantly obvious everything about it is fake. It's entitled "Microsoft Plans Major Xbox Division Layoffs Next Week" and they disclose that the image is fake, the text follows typical Microsoft LLMs templates etc.

Again, the image is fake (it's slop) and the text is made by a slop machine, based on things Phoronix and others wrote, e.g.
