Some "tech" update about a country mostly mentioned in relation to political violence

Mozambique, a country almost 1.5 times the size of France, never showed signs of considerable GNU/Linux adoption. This changed this year. These new figures show steady increases, maybe related to politics or violence, or maybe related to what (or how) statCounter is measuring. █
