On Mindfulness
I have been, in the past, a practitioner of "Mindfulness" meditation, and have always been curious about the word "Mindfulness". It seemed that the practice focused more on "emptiness", rather than "fullness". So, I always wondered "Why that word?", "Why there is 'ful' in 'Mindfulness'?".
Today, I came to this conclusion:
There is too much focus on entities/concepts in our today world. In a way, this can be considered as an obsession for things that have limits. It is an obsession for "things" and for "limits". For things that have a beginning and an end.
What is discarded in our today world, with this obsession, is (you guessed) things without limits. Such as streams (moving rivers, for example), infinite fields (space, for example).

Verstappen To Mercedes? I'm Not Sure How I Feel About That...
Like many sports, the team you choose to support in F1 is a somewhat subjective and arbitrary one. People have many different reasons. For some, they may like either one or both of the team's drivers. Others may feel an allegiance to a particular car manufacturer or even Team Principal.
For me, Mercedes was my choice. I'm British, and despite AMG Mercedes being a German company, the F1 team—like McLaren and Aston Martin—are based in the UK. I've always had an appreciation for German engineering and have had German cars, such as VW and Audi, in the past. I also grew up without them on the grid; they withdrew from F1 in 1955 following the Le Mans disaster and didn't enter F1 again until 2010 when they acquired the Championship winning Brawn GP team of 2009, so they were a novelty.
Luckily for me, they hit the ground running and embarked on an unprecedented era of dominance, which ended in 2021 with the meteoric rise of Red Bull and Max Verstappen: a generational talent, for sure.
