Many Lawyers (for Microsoft) and 1,316 Pages to Pick on a Litigant in Person Who Exposed Serious Microsoft Abuses
Remember the OOXML paper pile? It wasn't a joke. But it took a life of its own and over time it became a joke.
"The Microsoft OOXML Modus Operandi" is basically, jam up the zone and flood it with garbage. With garbage in high quantity comes exhaustion. On top of that, Microsoft bribed people everywhere in the world. That's how it became a fake 'standard'. Basically corruption. How does Microsoft hide its corruption? More corruption. Then it disregards court orders. Or gets attorneys that bribe the politicians, based on hard evidence. If someone points that out, then it flings a SLAPP at that someone, even the wife "for good measure".
If a few hundreds of pages of legal documents don't get "the job" (censorship) done, then take it up a notch and send thousands of pages, unleashing works that aren't even original (!) to make up in volume or in quantities for a lack of quality/merit.
The following list is not complete, but it covers the bulk of the papers that Brett Wilson LLP threw at me and at the Judge for the SLAPP of the Serial Strangler, the best friend of Microsoft's Nat Friedman, now an "investor" (according to himself):
Letter of Claim: 10 pages The publication: 3 pages Schedule of further publications: 191 pages Claim form: 4 pages Continuation Sheet to the Claim Form: 2 pages Assorted letters after that: about 10 pages Extortion attempt: 2 pages Lawsuit letter: 1 page Schedule of further publications: 191 pages Claim form: 4 pages Continuation Sheet to the Claim Form: 2 pages Particulars of Claim: 10 pages Response Pack: 7 pages Assorted letters after that: about 20 pages Bundle for Hearing: 533 pages N260: 5 pages Skeleton arguments: 8 pages (2 added by me) Index of authorities: 290 pages (21 added by me)
TOTAL: 1,316
That's just only up until the Hearing (there has been more material sent my way since), not even counting any defence. If one adds pertinent E-mails to the above, then the grand total is around 1,400 pages.
Remember that London-based lawyers charge around $500 per hour. Not even counting a Barrister.
Why would they devote all resources (and staff) available in the firm until late at night on a Friday, even people outside the firm (or maybe family members), to pick on a Litigant in Person up there in Manchester? More importantly, as they repeatedly refuse to talk about it, who funds this?
When the Serial Strangler from Microsoft was arrested and lost his job at Microsoft, the police records indicated that he had very little money, only income (at the time; that was coming to an end already). He lived with his father and was arrested in his father's home*.
Answers must be given. The law firm is always resorting to name-calling when legitimate questions are asked. █

* The father is apparently instrumental in the kid's problems, including alcoholism. He raised the kid as "Balabhadra" because he was in the Hare Krishna sect. A victim of Balabhadra says "this is a connect the dots situation. I also suspect his father was in the CIA due to his time in the Army, Washington DC, and the fact that the KGB said Hare Krishna was a CIA operation. Naturally, Nat Friedman grew up in a DC suburb and went to a boarding school for politicians' kids. Probably how he met [Balabhadra] since IRC was regional at the time. Balabhadra's dad Franklin Richard Graveley was the founder of the Digital Commerce Corporation."
Sources include [1, 2, 3] and John Poindexter was on the board of Digital Commerce Corporation [1, 2]. Balabhadra "worked there," we're told. "It might be on his LinkedIn profile but he blocked me, but he definitely told me that he worked there."
