Gemini Space (or Geminispace) Grows, But Usage of Certificate Authority Let's Encrypt Drops Further
There will soon be 3,100 active capsules in Lupa, however earlier today (for the first time): "2857 (92.3 %) capsules are self-signed, 7 (0.2 %) use the Certificate Authority Let's Encrypt, 233 (7.5 %) are signed by another CA (may be not a trusted one)."
Let's Encrypt used to have hundreds of them, now it's down to 7. It won't be long before it is near zero. Ideally, all Gemini capsules should use self-signed certificates. Slowly we may be getting there. █
