Microsoft Windows Lost 400 Million Users in a Few Years, Why Does The Register Double Down on Windows With New US Editor?
Now that there is revisionism and praise/hagiography done for Bill Epsteingate it's only fair to ask, has anything changed at The Register? Yes, days ago they hired a new US editor (I've meanwhile contacted the editor in chief to ask about it).

This is his latest "portfolio" in Laptopmag.com:
This Microsoft booster was recruited by The Register as an editor some days ago and now he does the same there.
All his articles, except one, are Windows promotion. As editor, he also exercises editorial control, i.e. he controls the output of colleagues.
If The Register responds to explain this, then I will update this post or publish a follow-up. It's only fair to ask The Register about this.
