Under the guise of "Register debate series" (sponsored again?), this new writer says: "For now at least, even though government buying can improve, open source is not all it's cracked up to be" (are we back to 1995???)
Just when it seems like The Register MS might be improving it is back to shilling loss of sovereignty in the UK. Bribes aplenty.
