To OIN, Software Patents Are Not a Problem
It has been a while since we last mentioned OIN. Its cash cow is GAFAM et al. Those are the clients.

Software patents are not legal in France. But OIN isn't French; it's not even European. OIN includes members like IBM and Microsoft.
To a carpenter, every problem and solution may look like a nail.
Had software patents ceased to exist, OIN too would cease to exist and its staff would be unemployed.
