The SLAPPS Run Out of Oxygen Because They're Abuse of Process
Being on holiday and looking back, we can see that sometimes bad deeds don't go unpunished. Those were bad deeds all along and if Microsofters pretended they'd spend over a million pounds lawyering up against us [1, 2, 3] it was perhaps inevitable that British authorities/regulators and judges would see it as likely abusive.
We don't typically write about nitty-gritty details (pertinent information about the lawsuits), but they tentatively got combined as they should. A law firm might even be struck off (shut down) over it and key staff is already fleeing (another new example of it yesterday).
At the end of the day we plan to publish over 1,000 articles explaining what happened and spend years pursuing a much-needed reform (the political will exists). I've learned a lot over the past 1.5 years. █
