Today is UEFI 9/11 (9/11/2025). The time bomb has its last "ticks". Some machines will cope, some will not. Some people prepared for this, some did not.

Disclosure/transparency follows. It's related to the above.

The Court (King's Bench Division) and the misogynistic bullies^* - serial abusers of court processes behind Microsoft's Graveley & Garrett v Schestowitz & Schestowitz [1, 2, 3] - will receive a Notice of Application - a background of which can be found below^**.

"IIRC," one person told us, "the courts were going to force Microsoft to open up UEFI and allow other keys easily. Crazy Matt's code convinced the judge to let Microsoft do its thing instead."

As far as I'm aware, it did not get as far an actual judge, but it did derail efforts to stop this chaos or chaotic time bomb in its tracks.

Well, Microsoft may not be in any court for it, but its operatives will be in the dock (perhaps together) in the UK High Court and will have to book flight tickets to defend themselves. The rules here are quite strict and given the terrible things they have been doing - some of them in defiance/breach of rules and regulations^*** - for 2 years already (maybe 4 years because it's all connected, as detailed timelines show) they will have tough questions to answer. Staying silent on critical questions is not a possibility, set aside a little stalling here and there (they can't keep up with Orders).

We probably won't be commenting much more on this for a while; we are doing to win the wholly fallacious and malicious SLAPP case and then hold everyone accountable: the financiers, the law firm, and of course the Microsofters who are dependent on the financiers. We prefer to focus and instead write articles about technology, so we shall set this aside for now.

"Best to keep it calm since no one will be looking for much news on Sundays anyway," an associate said. "Posting too much risks it going to waste so to speak, as it will get missed as people catch up with work on Monday."

We hopefully won't have to talk about legal matters until some time around October. █
