Tomorrow, Microsoft's Tim Anderson's 'The Register MS' Offshoot Will Have Been Inactive for 2 Months (There's Also a Slop Problem)
The Register MS (technically, but not legally, as that latter thing would be "Situation Publishing") created a few "side sites". One of them was run by a Microsoft operative, whom we dubbed Microsoft Tim (an apt and succinct label) many years ago because of who paid him in 'gifts' and what he kept pushing. He still does that by the way:
That's his latest.
Lots of Microsoft. By the way, don't lose sight of the fact that The Register MS uses many slop images these days, for instance this one from the front page (it's not Shutterstock):
Microsoft's Tim Anderson, or Microsoft Tim, has not updated 'his' site since July 18. That's 2 months ago:
That site too seems top be using slop images. How about this?
We've already caught The Register MS using LLM slop for articles.
Anyway, now that a Microsoft operative runs The Register MS it seems like Microsoft Tim got re-imported into the main site. █
