The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Has Reportedly Failed People With Wrong Advice

We recently started a sort of primer about our SRA complaint, which soon turns 6 months old (the regulatory process is notoriously slow and usually toothless; a token regulatory agency that's not effective gives a false sense of professional standards). Part I is just two days old and Part II was published about 14 hours ago.
At the moment the SRA has a PR blunder. Worse, it's not just about PR; it's about injustice.
We don't means to bash the SRA but to merely point out a reality, which reminds us of Action Fraud UK. The SRA must enforce its own rules, not selectively. If it does not do this, people will air their grievances in public. Many people do. █
