We've Already Mentioned Who Nowadays Funds Garrett's SLAPP Against Us (Not Garrett), Let's Examine Who Sponsored His Litigation Partner (Other Than Microsoft Salaries There's a Buddy of Bill Gates)
The 'Hulk Hogan of UEFI' is sponsored by rich people who prefer to remain hidden from sight, but how about the Serial Strangler from Microsoft?
We recently learned something valuable from someone who had read our articles (specifically "Admission That a Third Party (or Parties) Funds the SLAPPs Against Techrights").
As the blowhard Thiel showed some years ago, billionaires have a history of instrumentalising poor or "less rich" people to silence critics. It happens all the time in politics. Some Presidents and Prime Ministers rely on business tycoons attacking press critical of them. This is very well documented. But we prefer not to cover politics here.
"You've seen this right?" we got asked. "One of Graveley's Hackpad investors "co-led the effort to put the Microsoft private antitrust challenges to rest, concluding settlement agreements with AOL, Sun Microsystems, Novell, Real Networks and Nokia.""
It's about Hank Vigil, whose Microsoft correspondence we published here before, e.g. in: "Microsoft offered money to companies to destroy Lotus disks" (notice the CC here, sent from Bill Gates and from his colleagues, with more in other mirrors).
Here's the Web page in question:

Crunchbase says "Hank Vigil serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships of Microsoft Corp."
So it's alleged that the "extremely generous" Serial Strangler from Microsoft got money from him. █
