Richard Stallman About to Give More Talks in Europe, Some Confirmed Already
Here he flies again, after the FSF's anniversary.

It seems possible he'll also speak earlier in the week in Oslo, the capital of Norway.
We're not certain yet; there's a photo of Dr. Stallman (RMS) that says "Who's ready to hear from game-changing freedom fighters?"
Maybe it's unclear. It seems related to this event. RMS is not announcing any of these yet, but we know he's in Europe and wants to give talks. From his front page:
