Rust is Eating Linux

Yesterday we pointed out problems caused by "Rust People" inside Linux, as expected. Those Microsoft people hope to do the same thing to Git. Let's get the basic facts right:

1. Linux is written in C
2. Linux was always written in C
3. Linux developers understand C
4. Linux developers code in C
5. Rust is technically controlled by Microsoft (GitHub)
6. Rust is moderated by Microsoft (GitHub)
7. Rust is bloated
8. Rust has its own security issues
9. People who code in C don't usually know Rust
10. "Rust People" don't necessarily understand C code

That's a recipe for problems. █
