This Past Friday, "Nearly 700 People Came to Listen to RMS!" (Richard Stallman)

Last night we said that "including those standing it might be around 300", but those who were there say nearly 700.

Richard Stallman's personal site does not yet mention the Rome talk, but we don't see why it would not go ahead. It's still listed for Monday, as we noted last week:

We said "it seems like Dr. Stallman is heading down south to Italy, where he gave a talk this past summer, attracting almost 500 people." █
