It's Not Justice When One Side Denies the Other Side the Ability to Even Speak
We've said a lot about what Brett Wilson LLP did to us. We said even more lately because the behaviour had become absurd on so many levels. Recently, Brett Wilson LLP tried to trick the system into rewarding the abuser in the absence of the abused, in a hearing I was not invited to and without even reading any of the arguments and facts. They did the same to my wife. It's just unbelievable, more so for being on holiday and for the other side failing to meet deadlines set in an Order (they attacked our holiday, then said we didn't respond; this letter explains the full context).
Worse yet, they tried to use the Serial Strangler from Microsoft as a wedge, pretending artificially (in other words, lying to Judges and to the Court, yet again) that Garrett [1, 2] and the Serial Strangler from Microsoft were just complete strangers and weren't coordinating anything, despite ample evidence being available.
Now, the cases are connected with the Orders added to both (October 8th), without ever bothering to deal with their consolidation yet rushing to deal with one in complete isolation - so this seems like the phenomenon known as "legal fudge". To quote: "Fudge gives scope for the law in action to continue or change, without formally changing all of the law in the books. It does so by requiring the law in minds to pretend that something ambiguous or erroneous is correct."
We wrote a great deal about this concept in the context of patent law over the past couple of decades.
At this stage, Brett Wilson LLP is in my humble opinion acting in contempt of the Court. It should be handled accordingly. Brett Wilson LLP knows no other way to advance meritless cases (other than play very dirty, even spreading lies and libeling me repeatedly). █
