Bad Tempered? You Might Have Just Given Away That You're Losing the Argument
Yesterday Brett Wilson LLP admitted in writing that it had left us out of communications with the Court. Yesterday we also reported Brett Wilson LLP for a number of things, not limited to Civil Procedure Rules being breached. The next few weeks/months will be interesting. British authorities need to study things they've received from us.
Brett Wilson LLP is fully aware that it is being investigated and it's fuming at us with ill-tempered and ill-mannered letters (which are an own goal to them) replete with threats and falsehoods. Less than a month ago Brett Wilson LLP got sued by its own clients. And being sued by their own clients [1, 2, 3] isn't the most ironic part; Brett Wilson LLP is seeking outside help (another law firm) to defend itself. As if it does not even trust itself.
If you cannot communicate calmly, then better not communicate at all. █
