The Cocaine Patent Office - Part II: The Person Who Planted Paid-for Fake News for the European Patent Office (EPO) is a Cocaine User, Friend of António Campinos, Now on Record as Having Been Arrested

posted by Roy Schestowitz on Oct 28, 2025

EPO's very own propaganda chief, Luis Berenguer Giménez

Background: High-level manager at the European Patent Office (EPO) caught in public with cocaine, arrested

Paid-for "Fake News" - or just another catchy phrase/term for misinformation - is a form of assault on civil society. The disinformation - i.e. deliberate lies, not just embellishing things - of the European Patent Office (EPO) is something we've long complained about, saying the EPO misused its budget to bribe media and academia, basically 'defaming' scientists (people), science, and saturating the Web with lies and propaganda disguised as news, as well as furnishing SEO tactics meant to hide serious, verifiable EPO corruption.

One might say that the role of the person shown above is to take a very morally-bankrupt and corrupt institution and using a massive budget (misappropriation of EPO funds) present it to the public as some sort of champion of science and of justice. Is there something money cannot buy? They've even bribed all the voters to turn a blind eye to clear illegalities.

The person who led this effort was recently arrested. There is also footage of this arrest:

Luis Berenguer Giménez

We'll show a lot more in parts to come. We predict the EPO management will try to stop us. We're prepared for such attempts. Investigative journalism always annoyed them a lot.

In the coming days we'll also ask the EPO and the EU some hard questions. Luis Berenguer Giménez, shown above, is strongly connected to the EU (professionally as per official records), not just the EPO.

This cocaine user is a friend of António Campinos (they came from the same place) and the current "mouth" of Europe's second-largest institution. In 2020 we showed how he was seeding lies in media and academia [1, 2, 3]. Put another way, this cocaine user is nothing short of a professional liar, just like the sorts of people we sued [1, 2, 3]. Nothing they say is credible. They, like the EPO, have repeatedly attempted to take down my articles, even by making "extremely generous" blackmail.

We don't respond well to threats. We report threats. This month I reported several significant things to British authorities.

In Part I we explained why this likely implicates a lot more than single rich person. We compared that to Filipino cocaine scandals, which apparently include the current sitting president, Bongbong Marcos.

As readers may recall, following the arrest of Alexandre Benalla it was shown that Benoît Battistelli too had broken German laws. Why was Battistelli never arrested for that?

Here are some old articles about that:

The EPO's immunity (and therefore impunity) makes Germany - and by extension the EU - look little better than so-called 'third-world countries'.

Those of us who value democracy and live in Europe should be deeply concerned if not disturbed by such impunity; it's unacceptable that we shall be governed by cocaine addicts.

We intend to spend the next few weeks discussing the matter and escalating it to the right people/offices. This cannot just be brushed aside, nor will it.

Luis Berenguer Giménez
