Linux.com is Becoming Microsoft
Just over a week ago: Linux Foundation Uses LLM Slop to Promote Microsoft in Linux.com (Again), Rendering It a Linux-Hostile Slopfarm
A few days ago: (for those who don't know, SONiC is Microsoft's)
After the Linux Foundation fired all the editors and writers of Linux.com (months before the pandemic) it never put it to any good use. It became inactive, then spam, then LLM slop. More recently it became Microsoft.
It's sad to see what the masters of the Linux Foundation think should be done with Linux.com. They took a once-reputable site with a vast audience and turned it into a pile of trash. █
