12 Years for Justice is Far Too Slow (and More People, Especially Women, Are Hurt)
This morning: (after he targeted about or at least 30 victims, even if some 11 women have reported the matter to the police since 2012)

The national broadcaster, BBC, says that finally, at long last (in 2024), something happened. It says that Scottish police has finally arrested the man who was already reported to the police 12 years earlier. We couldn't help but think of a barrister and lawyer who work for a Microsoft employee arrested for strangulation.

Why do police departments and legal systems fail to protect women? It's not just Mohamed Al Fayed. █
