Entering Our 20th Year
...and still looking for answers
Today is the first day of our 20th year. In 2006 it was our first year. Do not expect any 19th birthday photos; we do not photograph people, but today will be a special day for us.
Yesterday we launched search and hundreds of searches have been made since then; today we have some humble celebrations and we prepare for another year of in-depth reporting. We'll have some more EPO coverage later today. We can imagine António Campinos cursing a lot, as usual. We're also keeping an eye on - and archive - what happens at IBM this week. It impacts Red Hat. By extension, it impacts GNU/Linux.

Next year it'll be the 22nd birthday of the sister site and the 20th for us. I reckon there are even 30th anniversaries over the horizon. Forces that try to stop us merely reaffirm the importance of this site. █
