Last week: Many Times in the Past We Said That Microsoft Lunduke Was Becoming a Spokesperson/Voice for - and Occasionally Weaponising - 4Chan. He's Proving Us Right This Week.

Last week Linus Torvalds started a bit of a charm offensive with a popular YouTube channel [1, 2]. Then a frequent complainer about YouTube censorship (who also happens to be a YouTube addict) opened his big dirty mouth and started pandering to the 4Chan people about Torvalds being "NWO" or "CIA" or some other thing using dog whistles like "communist", "WEF", and so on.

As we said earlier this month, what bothers us is how this Microsoft zealot manages to pick up legitimate critiques of the Linux Foundation, for instance, then turn those credible, factual critiques into crackpot musings - i.e. complaints that people would not be attentive to. His homophobia also is enough to put many people off (not just gays are disgusted by homophobia).

His modus operandi is something to be aware of; it seems to be, find some issues that sites like ours habitually explore/investigate/revisit, then add some lunatic spin on top of them. █
