We already know that IBM pays those large publishers which make lists and rankings, e.g. Forbes. One can safely assume the above isn't genuine, nor is this new 'article' from The Register MS:
"Sponsored by ASUS." 9AM today.
At times, The Register MS also admitted taking money from IBM and they contacted me about that for merely pointing out this fact. █
