EPO People Power - Part XIII - If the EPO's Chief Propagandist (Berenguer) Told the Police He Was a Spanish Tourist (or Similar) or That He Does Not Reside in Munich, Then He May Have Lied to the Police (in Addition to Doing Cocaine in Public)
Lying to the police in Germany is a criminal offence

Today is Monday, so we resume the EPO series and hope that EPO workers will spread the word to ensure colleagues are suitably informed. Many of them suffer greatly from the corruption and maladministration.
Last month we showed how corrupt, lawless individuals were trying to cover up for their corrupt, lawless friend/individual who runs the Mafia with António Campinos, who is now gagging staff representatives who try to coordinate industrial actions.
Like any dictatorship, the last thing they want is: 1) an informed population; 2) actions by this population (this relies on (1), as information precedes action).
In Part 9 we said about Berenguer, who managed (censored and bribed) the media for the EPO for many years: "As of now, he is on sick leave for the next six months and it is unclear if he will ever return. And yes, the EPO's internal social security system is going to compensate for his huge salary while at the same time staff gets less and less reward."
Will he be rewarded over 100,000 euros to do nothing? For being busted with cocaine?
Are EPO stakeholders OK with this misuse of EPO budget?
Why does the EPO not bother explaining to stakeholders what happened and what's still happening?
But wait, it gets worse.
"Since you were wondering about it," an insider told us about Berenguer, "he and his family are residing in Munich of course, actually just a short walk away from the EPO headquarters. As you have correctly mentioned, this is required by the office, he can only work outside Munich for a limited time each year. His papers should therefore clearly state that Munich is his first residency - that is, if he reported it correctly to the authorities. Another proof is that his younger daughter, a minor, is enlisted to a school in Munich - the European school, where a lot of international EPO staff traditionally send their kids to."
If he told German police that he's not living in Munich, then he made a false statement in order to be treated leniently. Maybe it's time for German police to visit the EPO (the EPO's chiefs would conveniently claim that it's immune and cannot be subjected to raids). Remember the time Benoît Battistelli illegally brought weapons to the EPO? Why did German police not prosecute anybody? What does that say about the relationship between the EPO and German authorities? Mr. Lutz comes to mind again. It's all very corrupt and the current Vice-President from Germany is deeply connected to this corruption. Heck, he actively participates in it. █
