EPO Coverage Will Resume When the Time is Right
Yesterday I published almost 50 articles here and in the sister site, but not a single article covered patents or the EPO. That wasn't an accident, nor was it deliberate. We're a week away from Christmas Day and some people already go - at least partially (or 'mentally' - a state of mind) - on holiday. We don't want good EPO material to "go to waste" and we'd rather cover the EPO when more people pay closer attention. We want our publications to motivate action/s.
In short, we didn't forget about the EPO. We've got enough 'spare' material for months to come, but we reserve some of it for strategic purposes.
We'd like to think 2026 will be a "year of reckoning" for the "Mafia". Industrial action/s would help; if you are a dissatisfied EPO insider, please join every such action. Some will commence soon (mandate secured). █
