Static Site Generators (SSGs) - unlike all modern Content Management Systems (CMSs) - are so simple that extending them is easy
Today we've worked on utilities to help manage the site more quickly and more efficiently, starting with the sister site. There are some original posts about it today to document and test the changes. Once that is done and fully (properly at least) tested we'll do the same here and it'll speed up publication considerably. We'd rather focus on research and writing, not some tinkering with buttons and GUIs. Tailoring the software to one's workflow or for the task at hand takes time, but that tends to pay off. █
