EPO People Power - Part XXIV - Today or Tomorrow You Should Write to National Representatives (Delegates) at the EPO in Your Country
Like we said two days ago. This really does make a difference.

Tomorrow it is January 5th. It's a Monday. It is when many people officially (or fully) return to work, not just checking their work E-mail. The people who 'supervise' the EPO can pull political strings to demand action about the EPO. Remember what happened to Jesper Kongstad a decade ago.
If you live in Europe and have not done so already, "Contact Your National Representatives (Delegates) at the EPO". We gave some ideas of things to say (use the native language/tongue if possible).
"The AC [where the Delegates are] will only put pressure on Campinos once it becomes inevitable for them to do so," one reader recently told us. "The best occasion is the upcoming quarterly AC meeting on 10-11 December 2025 in the Munich headquarters."
That was a month ago. We know some people did in fact contact their officials ahead of or during that meeting. We thank them for doing so. It did make a difference. The atmosphere at the EPO's top floor is intense at the moment. They see and can fully recognise that Cocainegate isn't just "going away". António Campinos may have to leave early like Benoît Battistelli.
"If your coverage gains more momentum until then," the reader said, "Campinos will almost certainly be questioned by the AC about this."
Yes, that happened.
Keep up the pressure! █
