IBM's "Forever Layoffs" (to Bypass Warnings or Notices as Required by WARN Act)
Today we caught thelayoff.com deleting some comments about IBM (just as we predicted this morning) and we see more rumours - albeit with little to back them - that more layoffs will soon impact the Albany site of IBM. Aside from that we still see posts from people who have their "last day" at IBM (they got laid off, that's just what they're gently instructed to say for them and for IBM to save face).

There is a bunch of speculations about when the next "major round" of RAs will be, but there seems to be consensus the layoffs are nonstop and those impacted gagged by NDAs to help IBM fool investors and skirt the WARN Act. █
