GNU/Linux May be Approaching 10% "Market Share" in Montenegro

We used to write a lot more about Montenegro in relation to EPO membership, but seeing the above (latest) numbers we're likely to revisit the country because of GNU/Linux "share" there - not a new observation but nevertheless a big problem for Microsoft. The surge started around 2021, as we noted 2 years ago. Windows fell below 20% last year. █
