GNU/Linux Estimated at Around 5% in Montserrat

Being a small portion of land, getting stable statistics from Montserrat is bound to be a hard task. However, north of Guadeloupe we see another country where the "share" of GNU/Linux is now measured at 5%, a bit higher than what the surveyor estimates the global average to be. █
