EPO's Web Site Misused for Propaganda About Illegal Kangaroo Courts to Distract From EPO Scandals and Judicial Crisis in Europe
"The EPO Bubble" relies on corrupt courts that it can absurdly control (some of the Judges work for the companies in the industry they rule on)
A reader has told us about this latest "EPO UPC propaganda".
UPC is illegal and unconstitutional. The above is whitewashing by the same people who tried hard to hide cocaine abuse among colleagues in management (they still try to hide it; we'll cover this next month), in effect paying them an award of $100,000+ for doing nothing at all, just pretending to be sick. If you're in the "Alicante Mafia" [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] and you do cocaine in public, the EPO will put you on a fake "sick leave", to be paid $100,000+ to walk around with your family in some botanical gardens or whatnot.
Anyway, the reader quoted some obviously fallacious statements from the official site of the EPO. For example: "Also to be noted is the solid legal foundation on which the Unitary Patent system is based.:
What is this, a joke? The exact opposite is true. UPC exists as a manifestation of EPO corruption, bribery of media (we gave ample evidence of it in prior years), and all sorts of other things. UPC exists because of cokeheads who misuse diplomatic immunity. This isn't a "legal industry", it's basically a fraud at the highest levels (with complicity of governments).
UPC's very existence destabilises the EU. It contributes to the notion or the idea that the EU is controlled by few corporations, most of which aren't even European.
The EPO's site says: "On two occasions, in 2013 and 2015, the CJEU confirmed the robustness of the legislative choices made by the Commission, the European Parliament, the Council and the EU Member States, upholding both the legality of enhanced cooperation in the area of unitary patent protection (C-274/11 and C-295/11), as well the legal soundness and conformity with the EU legal order of the Unitary Patent system as a whole (C-146/13 and C-147/13), including the creation and functions of the Select Committee, the new tasks attributed to the EPO, and the translation arrangements laid down for the Unitary Patent."
No, that's false too. What actually happened was, to quote from 2022: "Dr. Ingve Björn Stjerna on German 'Justice': “Not a Single One of the EPO Complaints Has Been Decided to Date.”"
They're obstructing any sort of scrutiny, that's all they do.

Don't fall for UPC propaganda and stop believing cokeheads who sell Europe to billionaires. █
