Lack of meaningful things to do when things are declining
These conditions overlap heavily, to the point of this list being somewhat redundant. It is unpleasant to live under them, but I think it's possible to at least maintain certain values/virtues. The inability to act meaningfully still creates an awful sense of decay, though.

Gemini gems of the week
I'm still getting accustomed to this new way of publishing. It's nice to just write and not think about CSS and inline tags.
I was a quiet reader of gemlogs for about a month before I started my own capsule. This feels fresh but retro. The unagitated vibe is almost calming. I have to get deeper into the philosophy of all things gemini.

Programming
I haven't done this since I quit my job. I haven't been able to do it for fun for ages before that (except for a few artificial and sporadic oases).
Whenever I think about starting again, I feel like my life will finally fall apart just as I really get into it. Or I feel like my idea is a waste of time and I should be creating something else.
I actually did start a project recently. I kept it up for a while, but I never wrote a single line for it because it was an ambitious one and I felt like I had to learn an entire field of science to properly do it. I was aware of this pitfall and tried to get around it by forcing any kind of start. This did not work.

* Gemini (Primer) links can be opened using Gemini software. It's like the World Wide Web but a lot lighter.
