Mobbing at the European Patent Office (EPO) - Part I - An Introduction

This is an opening part and also a gentle call for information. Do not hesitate to contact us and do resist the temptation to stay quiet for temporary, personal sense of safety. Think of the collective interest, the public interest too.
Techrights has patiently accumulated, studied, and gradually seen more and more documents and letters (communications) that illustrate the mental torture that the "Alicante Mafia" (people with no experiences and no relevant qualifications; they're just confidants of the dictator, who is himself not qualified) inflicts upon very experienced and highly competent members of staff. Dunning–Kruger effect in action.
This series will chronicle and explain examples. It'll also name some of the culprits. They deserve strong condemnation. Accountability is a much-needed scarcity at today's EPO.
We invite readers of Techrights to confidentially send along documents or official communication which help demonstrate the mobbing. We know there's plenty of it and it deserves daylight; we'll do anything we can to redact what's necessary in order to protect sources.
We recently explained several ways to contact us discreetly [1, 2, 3]
When the series ends, some time around the second or third EPO strike of this year, we'll contact the relevant authorities and plead for intervention. If no action is taken to tackle the "Alicante Mafia", then the foregone conclusion is, Europe no longer operates based on legal frameworks or the principles of "Rule of Law", it's just governed by collectives of corrupt officials. █
