A Can of WORMS - Part II - Darkening the Name of RMS, Associating It With Crime
Dr. Stallman (alias "RMS") is being associated with illegal activities
Over the past week (or a bit less) we saw about a dozen news reports that tie "Stallman" to cyber crime. No, we won't be linking to any of these.
Here's a screenshot from one (among more than 10 we saw), dated 4 days ago:

Cyber criminals of shady origins called THEMSELVES "Stallman" (yes, they chose someone's name to identify by), so now people find a way to blame it on RMS or associate him with terrorism:

It would not be the first time 'hackers' - or actually crackers in this case - identify as "RMS" or "Stallman" (for instance someone who benevolently broke into many devices to patch them). We saw examples of that even a decade ago.
Those sorts of things create a feeding frenzy for OSI (Microsoft) operatives to come up with stuff like:

There's a sustained demonisation campaign because he says things like these:

See, this is the sort of issue they try to distract people from. It is why they try to compel people not to listen to him and the FSF (or not to take anything they say seriously).
Beware projection tactics. Lots of projections against RMS. █
