GNU/Linux at 12% in Guam, Based on statCounter (Compared to 2-3% a Year Ago)

Last month we observed "GNU/Linux in Guam at All-time High" and this month we see it flirting with 5% or 12% if one also counts Chromebooks.
Guam is one of the larger Pacific islands and many people there are military servicemen or "locals" - sometimes imported for labour - people who serve these servicemen (there are also women serving the US military there, but a lot fewer).
Guam's "uptick" in GNU/Linux usage started weeks after "end of 10". █
