Debt of Broadcom Grew by More Than 50%, Broadcom is Deeper in Debt Than Google
A week ago: In Case You've Missed It (ICYMI), Google's Debt More Than Doubled in a Year
Broadcom hit 67 billion B and up: (68.916 B just over a year ago)

Broadcom is known in the software world because of VMware [1, 2], which is proprietary software and GPL violations aplenty.
Broadcom also had mass layoffs and despite these layoffs the debt is still humongous.
Somebody recently asserted that there are "too many layers and overlaps":

Around the time the debt blew up Broadcom was squeezing VMware users:

This drove away many users. Months ago Broadcom tried to participate in a Microsoft Ponzi scheme via 'open' 'hey hi'. Of course this was just vapourware; nothing came out of it. See for example: Why Broadcom’s OpenAI deal may not be all it’s cracked up to be (didn't happen; NVIDIA bailed out as well).
Broadcom is a troubled company. Expect many more cuts. █
