Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Responds to Crises Only After It's Way Too Late
As early as 6AM this morning (GMT) Sarah Rapson's "apology tour" commences.
When there's a lack of regulation or effective enforcement there's going to be more abuse by solicitors, resulting in caseload:

Like law firms selling the furniture? Or giving assurances of Security For Cost/s (SFC) in some informal E-mail without any actual, verifiable proof? The SRA does not do its job. The new chief's job is face-saving PR in the media. She's a release valve or shock absorber. She will solve nothing but get paid a lot. █
