IBM, Red Hat and Fedora: Don't Say "Master", It Offends People. Also IBM, Red Hat and Fedora: "Master Podman".

The hypocrisy at Red Hat and Fedora shows no boundaries. Days ago, in order to squash a project, Red Hat reverted back to a version of X (the graphics X) two years older, in effect discarding patches submitted for about 700 days!
The formal excuse? They needed to change the branch name from "master" to "main".
But then again, "Master" seems to be not at all a problem at Red Hat and Fedora (we gave plenty of examples of double standards over the years, also from IBM!), it's just a way to troll the community and heckle the competitors. █
IBM CEO meets his "masters". What a 'tolerant' firm...
