Techrights Thanks Every Single EPO Worker Who Went on Strike Today
We have so much in common
Techrights has full and unambiguous solidarity. It has love and respect for EPO examiners (typically scientists) who resent what happens at the EPO. It has even more respect to those who put themselves at greater risk and reduce their salary (unpaid days) to make a point and make a stand.
A lot of Europe can relate and empathise. Not so-called 'IP' blogs; they view you all as "cogs". Remember that!
It is 5PM CET in about 5 minutes. That would be the 'standard' time today's "working day" would end; but many people didn't work today. They put their foot down and passively indicated, "I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!"
There are already material gains because of the strikes.
Keep pushing. It's good for everyone in Europe. It's only bad for corrupt and self-serving officials. █
