Two Weeks Have Passed and It Looks Like Conde Nast's Ars Sloppica Sacked "Senior" "AI" "Reporter" Benj Edwards But Did Not Remove All His LLM-Produced 'Articles'
Having just checked this again, 14 days ago was the last day of the last surviving 'article' from Benj Edwards, the "Senior" [sic] "AI" [sic] "Reporter" [sic] who got caught using LLMs (not only once).
A week ago we saw him pretty much vanishing.
As we pointed out some days ago, when a senior person at Conde Nast's Ars Sloppica turned out to be raping children and was sentenced to prison Conde Nast's Ars Sloppica didn't bother removing his articles that had been prepared by/for/with Microsoft.
UEFI back door boosters still habitually link to some of those fake articles, as does Wikipedia.
This means that the editorial standards at Conde Nast's Ars Sloppica are a joke.
Remember this is a marketing company, not journalism. The same goes for ZDNet (Red Ventures). A lot of the "AI" hype is nothing but paid-for propaganda. █
