Was a Lot of "Windows" and "Unknown" in Iran Just GNU/Linux in Disguise?

Assuming the following data is a correction rather than a glitch, maybe Iran was quietly easing on OS adoption:

Desktop Operating System Market Share Islamic Republic Of Iran

For almost everyone in Iran (so far this month) the Net is down, so March data will be warped, but how come more than 1 in 10 desktop/laptop requests is estimated to be GNU/Linux?

Perhaps time will tell. █
