Windows is no longer so common a platform in Africa. Android is vastly bigger, but Android does not bring freedom, it imposes GAFAM at a "Cellular" level.
Ideally, Africans will liberate themselves with BSDs and GNU/Linux. This way - and this way only - can the continent control its own destiny (being the vassal of superpowers with debt slavery enables natural resources to be systematically and perpetually plundered). █
