Gemini Protocol in Its Prime

In the past couple of days we've served over a million Web requests per day (both sites combined), but more interestingly, in Geminispace we've had our best week so far this year. More people adopt Gemini Protocol (Lupa indicated last week that it was just about 50 capsules short of 5,000) and more people use it, if not to publish, then at least to read.
What's particularly neat about Gemini Protocol is that it's fast and cheap. The transmissions are small and people can focus on substance while customising appearance/presentation based on their personal tastes (e.g. eyesight). It also works well with screen readers, so it's blind people-friendly.
Geminispace is turning 7 this summer. It's neither young nor old. But it is maturing or has fully matured. GemText isn't changing anymore. The specs are final. █
