An American War on GNU/Linux, Software Freedom, and British Investigative, Science-Based Reporting - Part III - Very Strong Legal Basis for an Appeal

"Machos" from America won't decide what we can and cannot say about restricted boot; only British judges have that power and we've fully compiled with what every judge ordered (the Americans did not, they've moreover repeatedly lied to several judges)

Alex Balabhadra Graveley

APPEALING the Order is both doable and desirable, having already appealed the decision on several grounds including a potent aspect of women's rights (the decision on that was private). But it's a lengthy and expensive process and we, unlike an 'incels club'*, do not invest a million dollars in lawyers (we are poor). So two mass plagiarism bros from America found their plagiarism lawyers and plagiarism barrister, funded by mass plagiarism companies in USA. Their aim is to remove articles and devastate critics, as well as their families (collective punishment by doxing can be a crime in the UK, but they are Americans). This effort of theirs began 5 years ago. Back then one of them was arrested for strangulation of women. In Part I we explained why it impacts everyone and in Part II we reminded everyone it's not only about women. The case is now being escalated to a Foreign Secretary and former Deputy Prime Minister. There is widespread recognition we need to fix the system. We have been saying since 2024 that we would do this. Now the time is right.

Having done horrible things to his partner (and spouse, who says he even broke the puppy's leg), one of them seems to have trouble sleeping. The other day he wrote: "I have, for an absolutely bewildering array of reasons, been sleeping like shit for some time now, and every time that happens I (a) assert that I will nap later and it will all be ok and (b) fail to nap and then decide it will be ok anyway and it is ok! Do not accept defeat."

Seems like he squirms as the spouse openly accuses him of kidnapping and raping. We leave it to people's imagination what his employer tells him about that. And that is probably why he's going after my wife now. He is projecting, as usual. While actively working against real security he has the audacity to call himself "security expert" and this month he's trying to remove technical articles that explain that he's neither pro-security, nor are the things that he advances anything other than back doors, even kill switches that Microsoft controls. He and his women-strangling litigation buddy may have gotten accustomed to gagging women (sometimes by force), but it won't work across the Atlantic, where they lack a reputation and rightly so (and where women generally receive more respect).

We'll soon speak of grounds for an appeal. It's about security and - above all - National Security. Americans in British courts represent American interests and many Brits quit trusting American companies. Imperialism overreach, at least since the Second World War, was from West to East (US controlling Europe).

* They all generally dislike women. Sooner or later women figure this out and quit participating. Some are still "in hiding", knowing that their time at Brett Wilson LLP is likely a big liability, more so knowing the company is on the verge of financial collapse (they barely have any clients left because even existing customers come to grips with a sobering reality; months ago they got sued by their own clients [1, 2, 3]).

The British High Court has already connected this man's case to Garrett's
